- Wed, Oct 18th-2 p.m. Pound Bingo, community room at CountryBank USA in Cando. Bring a pound of "Trick or Treats" in a brown paper bag.
Karen's Favorite Salsa
3 qts tomatoes peeled & cut up
3 cloves garlic (or garlic powder)
2 Tbsp salt - 4 jalapeno peppers chopped
4 green peppers & 4 large onions chopped
1 Tbsp cumin (optional)
Simmer for one hour. Fill jars. Process in water bath for 10 min. Makes 7 pints. ENJOY!!!
